As part of McKinsey's design team, I contributed to the end-to-end editorial design of strategic consulting projects spanning presentations, reports, and data visualizations for senior stakeholders. I collaborated closely with consultants to define project scope and strategy, translating complex research into polished, publication-ready materials. Over two and a half years I grew from Junior to Senior Designer, taking on increasing responsibility for quality, stakeholder coordination, and team process improvement, including the McKinsey Live webinar series, which reached online audiences of 50,000+.
