As part of CRG Solutions' project management team, I delivered VoIP and technology implementation projects for luxury hospitality clients including The Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons, managing up to 25 simultaneous engagements with budgets reaching $500,000. I served as the primary client contact across the full post-sale lifecycle, leading onboarding, site visits, executive updates, and risk management while coordinating vendors, internal teams, and billing to keep every project on track. Over 15 months I built trusted relationships with demanding enterprise clients, proactively resolving issues before they escalated and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
